Shields is a California-bred, New York based artist, teacher, and coloring book engineer. Two years ago he was laid off from his corporate job and decided that he wanted to be happy- so he started painting and made that his “real job”. His work is rooted in vibrant expressions of color and energy. His primary goal is to make dope art and have it better people’s lives.
